  8. Thank you for downloading the Ultimate Alpha Blondy Windows 95 Desktop Themes!
  9. These two themes were created at www.alphablondy.com for the cool fellow 
  10. jahfans of The Prophet.

  17. INTRODUCTION

  20. We have created two Alpha Blondy themes, which differs ONLY by the Desktop 
  21. Wallpaper. Cursors & Icons & Sounds are the same on both. Once installed,
  22. the two Desktop Themes will take 3,11 MB of disk space (ouch!).

  24. The more common sounds are original Alpha Blondy recordings ("heavy" 16 
  25. bit stereo files):
  26.  
  27. - Asterisk = Afriki (first drum)
  28. - Critical Stop = Afriki (first words)
  29. - Default Sound = Come Back Jesus (first notes)
  30. - Exclamation = same as Asterisk
  31. - Exit Windows = His voice telling you "Peace & Love"
  32. - Question = His voice telling you "Tsamu"
  33. - Start Windows = Grand Bassam (first words) ***VERY LAST ALBUM***

  35. The screen saver is taken from the Science Theme supplied with the Plus! Pack.
  36. The Alpha Blondy Themes are best viewed in 800x600 resolution and 16 bit colors, 
  37. but look great also on 1024x768 and 256 colors. Every icon is designed in all 
  38. his multiple formats. For best results on 1024x768 and 256 colors, please 
  39. click with right mouse button on your desktop, select "Properties", then the
  40. "Plus!" tab and uncheck the "Stretch desktop wellpaper to fit the screen" 
  41. option.

  44. INSTALLATION
  45. ============

  47. Create a new "Alpha Blondy" Directory in your "Themes" directory, i.e. 
  48. C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Alpha Blondy and extract all files in the new
  49. directory (using a decompression utility which supports LONG file names).
  50.  
  51. Open the "Control Panel" (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel), double-click
  52. on the "Desktop Themes" icon and save first your actual configuration by clicking 
  53. on the "Save As" Button. Click on the "Theme" down arrow and select "Others...", 
  54. double click on "Alpha Blondy" and select the "Alpha Blondy Dune" or "Alpha
  55. Blondy Moon Theme". Be sure that all the "Settings" boxes on the right are 
  56. checked, in order to load Sound Events, Mouse Pointers, Desktop Wallpaper, 
  57. Icons, Colors, Font Names and Styles and Font and Window Sizes. If you 
  58. don't like some of these options, simply uncheck the box and you will get 
  59. back the previous setting.
